YIN & YANG BALANCE RETREAT

Finding balance - something we strive for in various areas of our lives and yet it is not always easy to implement. Take a few days to get some distance from everyday life, to go outside and find back to your balance. It doesn't matter whether you're rather the slow yin or the active yang type, we need both aspects in balance to be healthy and happy.
This retreat is taught in German.
Dynamic yoga (yang) classes await you in the morning to wake you up and boost your energy. In the afternoon it's time to relax and unwind with cozy Yin and/or Restorative Yoga classes. In all of our classes, we will use meditation to look inside. A morning meditation on the beach (if the weather permits) will complete our program.
Between classes you can spend your time as you please: do you need more yang - how about a run or walk in the fresh air on the beautiful beach of St. Peter-Ording or a bike ride? Or do you need more Yin - then off you go to the Kubatzki's wellness area or snuggle up on the terrace with a book. This way, your nervous system, body and mind will find back into balance so that you can start your summer with new energy and joy.
Suitable for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or have practiced yoga for a few years.
This retreat is taught in German.

There are some free parking spaces at the Kubatzki (if available).

€ 430.00 (incl. VAT)
Payment for the yoga part is made after booking.
EXTERNAL GUEST
It is also possible to take part in the retreat as an external guest (e.g. if you live closeby or want to find somewhere else to stay).
The yoga part is booked regularly here on the website, half-board and use of the wellness area at the Kubatzki cost €67.00/day.

HOTEL
You can choose from the following room categories (depending on availability). The prices apply to five nights including half-board (breakfast buffet, 3-course dinner), use of the wellness area, parking space (subject to availability) and WiFi. The Kubatzki provides water, tea and yoga equipment throughout the day.

Booking
The booking is made via the booking form. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Your booking is firmly secured and binding after receipt of payment. You can then book your room directly at Hotel Das Kubatzki by phone or email. Please indicate the keyword “Yin & Yang Balance Retreat with Caro” and the date of the retreat. The payment for the room is made directly on site. The cancellation conditions of
