My yoga journey began with Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing, dynamic and sometimes powerful yoga style. Today, in addition to Vinyasa Yoga, my focus is more on Yin Yoga, a calm, simple style of yoga that is ideal for exercising the body in a healthy way, stimulating the flow of energy and regulating the nervous system.

Focusing primarily on embodiment and the mind-body-connection, I invite my students to move from their head into their body, to let the breath and the body speak and help them understand the body's language better.

These classes are taught in German.
They take place online through DAMN GOOD YOGA Hamburg. More information on prices and registration can be found on the studio's website.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Private yoga classes are always possible online. Should you want to dive deeper into your yoga practice or personal embodiment, private sessions can be a great addition.
Prices upon request. Private sessions can be held in English, German or Spanish.
