Do you often feel out of balanced or anxious? Or something feels "off" but you don't know where this feeling comes from? Feelings like these up due to a disregulated nervous system. Finding ourselves more often means finding balance in our nervous system. Which often means: we need more relaxation, rest and restoration. 

Resting fully is an art. We're often distracted, tell us "I don't have time for this right now" or we do take the time but it's really hard to calm the mind. But finding how to rest and getting out of the often chronic stress helps us sleep better at night, be more focused and motivated during the day. Tension diminishes and even our digestion improves. We're more empathetic and feel more in connection with ourselves. In the end, it's all intertwined and we can use our nervous system as a lever to feel more balanced and well on all levels!

 

In this workshop (taught in German) we go deep into all things rest. Yin and Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and tips on how to calm the busy monkey in our mind and find more rest in our everyday life.
