Do you often feel tired, exhausted or out of balance during the day but cannot find your calm when you want to and do you get entangled in what we call "vertical thinking", meaning overthinking as soon as you lie down? Do you wake up at night often and can't fall back to sleep cause you're thinking of your to do lists? Or do you have a newborn and just suffer from chronic lack of sleep?

In this workshop, we'll look at what keeps us from a good nights' sleep in our society, which impact a lack of sleep has on our physical, mental and emotional health and how it changes our view of the world. We'll look at easy tipps and tricks that help us create a healthy sleep environment and we'll use our yogic tools such as Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation as well as Yoga Nidra to help us fall and stay asleep, regulate our nervous system and find our way out of the spiral of "I can't sleep".
