With Somatics, Life & Embodiment Coaching, we'll be working on a topic/ topics of your choice, be it related to your work life, relationships, mindset shifts, changing habits or the like - for at least 4 months. What's going on with you right now, where do you have the feeling you're not progressing, what are your goals? What is your body communicating to you, what do you feel and how can you embody your goals long-term?

Investment for 4 months:
